Red Raspberry Sauce
- 1 Jar of Sticky Fingers Red Raspberry Jam
- 1/2 pint of raspberries
- 1/4 c. of water
- 1/2 c. of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Framboise Liqueur (Optional)
- Whipped cream
In a sauce pan mix all ingredients over medium heat.
Simmer for 4 minutes and then remove from heat.
Blend in a food processor until smooth, then chill.
Serve with Sticky Fingers Original Scones topped with whipped cream, with crepes, over ice cream, with cheesecake or drizzled over your waffles.
