1 package Banana Muffin Mix

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil (or 1 stick melted butter, cooled)

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick spray.

Step 2:
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and oil until well blended. Stir in muffin mix until dry mix is no longer visible.

Step 3:
Scoop batter evenly into muffin cups.

Step 4:
Bake 14-16 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
Makes 12 muffins.
