Ingredients
- 1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Sticky Fingers Cinnamon or Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Cool Water
- 1 Apple, Sliced into Rings
- Cinnamon Sugar for Topping
Directions
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
- Combine the pancake mix and water in a bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Lightly grease the griddle.
- Drip the prepared apple slices into the batter, and place onto the hot griddle.
- Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with syrup or cinnamon sugar.
