All Custom Bakehouse products are made at our manufacturing facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Custom Bakehouse is an OU Kosher facility, Organic Certified facility, Certified Gluten Free Protocol, and a Licensed Milk Products Dairy plant.
Where do you ship?
Custom Bakehouse ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the continental United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
When will I receive my order?
For all standard shipping methods, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Additional shipping methods are offered at the time of checkout. Once an item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and based on the shipping method, size and weight of the shipment, and shipping destination. You may view shipping cost from your cart prior to placing your order.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
You may cancel an order or make corrections to an order or shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. To do so, please call customer service at 1-800-458-5826 or email us at email@example.com.
What is the Custom Bakehouse return policy?
Your experience is important to us. If you are unhappy with an item or if an item was damaged or defective, please notify customer service within 21 days of receipt at 1-800-458-5826 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a return or replacement. Products to be returned will be issued a prepaid shipping label and return authorization number. Upon receipt of unopened product, all returns will be refunded in full to your original payment form.
