Peanut Butter Pancakes

  • 1 Cup Sticky Fingers Gluten Free Original Pancake
  • 1/2 Cup Cool Water 
  • 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter 
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (Optional) 
  • Optionally add Peanut Butter Powder (1-2 Tablespoons)


  1. Preheat a griddle over medium heat. 
  2. Mix together the pancake mix and water, and optional powdered peanut butter
  3. Lightly grease your griddle 
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle, and cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side 
  5. Combine the natural peanut butter and the maple syrup, and microwave for 15 seconds. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Serve the pancakes with the peanut butter/maple syrup 'caramel' sauce
