INGREDIENTS: SORGHUM FLOUR,
POTATO STARCH, SUGAR, CANOLA
OIL (ROSEMARY EXTRACT AND
ASCORBIC ACID ADDED TO
PRESERVE FRESHNESS), TAPIOCA
STARCH, OAT MILK POWDER,
LEAVENING (BAKING SODA, SODIUM
ACID PYROPHOSPHATE,
MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), EGG
YOLK, NATURAL FLAVORS, SALT,
XANTHAN GUM.

CONTAINS: EGG.

Directions

1. Preheat griddle or pan to 350F or medium-high heat. To measure pancake mix,
lightly spoon into measuring cup and level off.
2. Place dry pancake mix in a medium bowl. Add water and gently whisk until
batter is smooth or just slightly grainy.
3. Lightly grease griddle. Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto hot griddle.
Cook pancakes until bubbles form on top, sides are set & bottoms are golden
brown. Turn pancakes over and continue to bake for another 1-2 minutes or until
bottoms are brown.

MAKES 6 PANCAKES.
