





Cheddar & Chive Scone Mix
Cheddar & Chive scones are a delicious savory treat! Serve them when you make soup, pasta, or as a snack! Just enough cheddar flavor with the perfect blend of chives give you something to nibble on. Great as an appetizer or as a side dish.
What You'll Need

1 Pkg. Cheddar & Chive Scone Mix

2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon cold water

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease baking sheet pan, line with parchment paper, or use wedge-shaped scone pan.

Step 2:
In bowl, add 2/3 cup water to mix and stir with fork until combined and sticky dough forms. If dough seems dry, add additional water 1 teaspoon at a time.

Step 3:
Drop heaping tablespoons of dough (10-12) about 3" apart onto prepared pan.

Step 4:
For triangle shaped scones, shape by hand into triangle or if using a wedge-shaped pan, drop even mounds of dough into each cavity and spread into triangle shape.

Step 5:
Bake 15-17 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden on top.
